- Phones without a full-featured Type-C port require an adapter to connect.
- Laptops without a full-featured Type-C port should connect via HDMI & USB-C to USB-A cable.
- Does not support Bluetooth, wireless, Wi-Fi connection, touchscreen, or have a built-in battery.
Q: What is each cable used for?
- USB-C to USB-A cable: power supply only.
- USB-C to USB-C cable: power supply & video output.
- Mini HDMI to HDMI cable: video output only.
Note: For HDMI connection, use USB-C to USB-A cable for power.
Q: Will any USB-C to USB-C cables work with this display?
The USB-C to USB-C cable must be USB 3.1 version supporting video output. Otherwise, the monitor will not connect.
Q: Why does the monitor fail to turn on or show "no signal"?
The KYY portable monitor does not have a built-in battery. Please connect it to your device (laptop, PC, Switch, etc.) using:
- USB-C to USB-C cable
- or MINI HDMI to HDMI cable + USB-C to USB-A cable for power
